These clinics are central to MNHC’s mission of delivering affordable, accessible, and community-centered healthcare services for vulnerable populations.

Primary Care Services

MNHC clinics serve as the first point of contact for general health needs, offering outpatient consultations and basic medical treatments for common illnesses such as:

  • Acute respiratory infections (ARIs)
  • Diarrheal diseases
  • Chronic disease monitoring, especially for hypertension and diabetes.
  • Fever and suspected malaria cases
  • Minor injuries and wound care

Health staff conduct health assessments, diagnostic screening, and initial treatment, while offering follow-up care for ongoing health conditions.

Maternal and Child Care Services (MCH)

  • Antenatal care (ANC)
  • Postnatal care (PNC)
  • Safe delivery services (in selected clinics with skilled birth attendants)
  • Newborn and infant care
  • Nutrition counseling for pregnant and lactating mothers
  • Growth monitoring and child nutrition programs

Preventive Health Services

  • Management of obstetric emergencies (with immediate referral if needed)
  • Basic life-saving treatments and first aid for acute medical conditions
  • Triage and coordination with referral hospitals for severe cases
  • Mobile medical teams are also deployed during emergency responses in conflict or displacement settings.

Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Management

MNHC clinics increasingly address the growing burden of non-communicable diseases, providing:

  • Screening and diagnosis of hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions
  • Lifestyle counseling on diet, exercise, and smoking cessation
  • Long-term follow-up care and basic medication provision for NCD patients

  • Feedback mechanism from referral facilities to the referring clinic
